Returns Policy
All purchases are final unless one of the 3 reasons stated below. Product must be returned within 21 days of being received and must be sent back insured/certified for the value of the piece. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
1. Received wrong product
2. Wrong product ordered
3. Product arrived damaged or broken
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of you return once we've received and processed the item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost depending on the amount of the order.
If all items are equal or greater than $200.00, shipping is FREE.
All orders will be processed within two days of checkout and will be sent via USPS priority mail. Rush orders are applicable upon request and other fees may apply.
