Transformations in 2012

Well we are in to the year of 2012.  There is an energy in the air of shifts and changes.  It is the buzz and it is everywhere, around every corner, and within most people you meet, whether they realize it or not.  They may seem tired, or more energized, thought processes changing, letting go of the past, releasing limiting beliefs…yes there is a shift among us. 

I must say that in my last several years, I have had many such changes or shifts…looking at my old thought patterns and how I believe life is to be lived. I am living life at a slower pace, most days, learning to love and respect myself and see the amazing person that I have become, that I AM!!!  It has only taken almost 51 years, but hey better now that not ever.  I have gone so far as to go back to school and study Energy Medicine.  I spend time outdoors appreciating nature, and working magick on those that come into my booth.  I now wear bows and hats  in my very red hair, and laugh more than I have in a long time.  I also realize that not everyone will be in our lives forever and always, but we should be grateful for them while they are with us.   That everyone we meet brings us a gift, no matter how challenging that person can be.  I have also learned that I don’t have to please everyone, and if it continues to be difficult with relationships, sometimes you just have to walk away.  I have learned that we have to take care of ourselves, so that our cup is full enough to help others.  I have learned that I would rather live in the moment that is with me, than be in fear and not do what feels right to me.  I now know that regrets can’t be fixed, so don’t have any.  I know that we are either going to grow or get really stale…I am opting for continual growth, even if sometimes it brings tears or unhappiness…because once we get through those tears and that discomfort, guess what it is much happier and brighter on the other side.  BTW for those of you that don’t know…I will be 51 this month…so I am celebrating my new life with color, joy, bliss, happiness, laughter and love!!

Resolutions and regrets…

With most of the December holidays behind us, many of us are now moving towards the New Year.  I say many of us, because while most of us recognize January 1st as the beginning of the New Year many have New Year celebrations at other times of the year because of their religious beliefs.  No matter when you celebrate your New Year it comes with the thoughts of the year in passing…the changes, the challenges, the gifts, the people that are still in your life…and those that have left our lives for what ever reason.  The things you wished you had done, the accomplishments that you did get done, the things you wished you had said to that someone special or the things that you bit your tongue and walked away from. 

Regrets and resolutions…I have no regrets over the past year, and a great deal has changed for me.  There have been challanges, gifts, hurts and loves…but through it all I feel as though I have grown.  I have my list of resolutions started for January 1st, but then I always seem to add resolutions, usually  as my year passes I seem to have more and more to come and work on.   One of my big resolutions for this year will be to hold everyone I know and love in their highest and best light!!  For no matter what we think we see, we should not do anything but wish them to be the best they can be…and wish them goodness to be with them on what ever path they choose to take.  I choose a tiger iron and garnet bracelet to feature with this article…a very grounding bracelet that will help anyone to keep to their resolutions…many hugs with much love to all…~Randi
